When we find an error we log it here with its date and what changed. The old figure stays visible and is marked as superseded. To report one, write to hello@namebeam.ai with the page link.

• 2026-10-21. The market pages on namebeam.ai moved from the extracted-list rule to the answer-text rule (a business counts for an engine on every answer whose saved text names it). The old figures are superseded: for example Chicago personal injury attorneys, OpenAI, Salvi, Schostok and Pritchard, 4 of 71 (2026-08-09 to 2026-10-19) is superseded by 35 of 72 (2026-08-09 to 2026-10-20). The record pages on this site, built 2026-10-09 with data to 2026-10-07, still count the extracted lists and say so beside their numbers; see the Method page, DQ-5.
• 2026-10-09. Known issue: the name lists in the Edition 1 files include some headings and terms that are not businesses (for example "Certifications", "Overview"). The counts on these pages are of entries as extracted. Fix at the source: a heading filter was added to the record repository on 2026-10-09 (CORRECTIONS.md, with a keep-list fix on 2026-10-10); the pages on this site were built the same day with data to 2026-10-07 and have not been rebuilt, so the entries noted here remain until a rebuild. Open as of 2026-10-21.
• 2026-10-06. The agency page at markets.namebeam.ai/agency removed non-business phrases from its counts and shows the corrected figures.
• 2026-10-09. Days with no rows are listed on each question page and are not filled in.
